Hi,
Thanks for the message.
I’ll take a look into this and apply a fix for it soon!
Hi,
Please can you update to the latest version and see if this is fixed for you?
Thanks!
Hi Elliot,
Unfortunately, the latest version didn’t resolve the issue. We do have a staging site you could access if that would help diagnose the problem?
If so please let me know how you’d like me to privately contact you with credentials.
Many Thanks.
Please could you send me a link to the page on your development site, with the plugin active (latest version), so I can take a look at it?
(Do not send any private credentials here.)
You can send a message via this contact form if needed: https://relywp.com/contact/
I am trying to send you the details & credentials you request via the link you provided. The form is giving me an error on submission stating the following:
“The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.”
Could you please let me know when the form is fixed or give me an alternative way to privately contact you?
Seems to work fine for me, can you give it another try, or just email help[@]relywp.com
I have tried the form again but it is still erroring for me.
I have emailed you as well.
Just wanted to post about exactly the same, but I am not starting a new thread but following here. I have the exact same issue. One Elementor form in a popup. The other Elementor form on the page, hence both are loaded. Same result as @tgosling
Hi @markussss
Are you using the latest version (1.14.0)?
Also, are both forms (popup and in page), using the same form/shortcode, or are they separate form IDs?
Just – just installed it for the first time on this site from the WP repository.
There is no dedicated form ID. Obviously, this is not mandatory in Elementor. The form ID field is empty.
To be more accurate
– One Elementor form is added as Elementor form widget to the popup
– One Elementor form is added as Elementor form widget to a template which itself is added via the template-widget (it’s like adding it via Shortcode)
I don’t think adding the form via template-widget / Shortcode makes a difference.
That there is no form ID given at all on both forms could be an issue. What’s your point of view on that?
Ah yeah sorry, I was mistaken thinking of Gravity Forms.
Please could you share a link to your site/page so I can take a look?
I’ll send you the link to the site via email, I can’t / don’t wont to have it here publicly
I just saw this is marked as closed, I would like to keep it open if possible .. I sent you two examples, screenshots, URLs to have a look and test. But should be easy to replicate as well, just needs two Elementor forms on a single page (e.g. one time on the page itself, one time on a popup).
This plugin and Turnstile has a bright future I think as it could make things so much easer. Unless the situation is fixed with Elementor I unfortunately cannot use it, and obviously I am not alone.
Please have a loot at this, and if you need further input just reply here or to my emails .. thanks a lot
Markus
Hi @markussss
Have you tried the latest version of the plugin with your Elementor forms? (1.15.3)
Yes, I just installed it yesterday on another site – and disabled it again as I just can’t keep it this way
