I am sorry for the late reply, somehow this one slipped through the cracks. I’m not sure if I am understanding your question correctly. Do you mean that on the website the users have a specific email address, but you’d like them to use a different email address where they should receive the 2FA code?
If that is what you are looking for, then yes, you can do it with this plugin. Just enable the setting “Allow user to specify the email address of choice” under the “One-time code via email” and when they are setting up 2FA, they are asked to either use their user’s email address or specify a new one.
