    I have searched the documents and forums and I cant find info on this issue. when a ticket is issued we would like to multiple persons (not only the agent and customer) to be notified via email that a ticket has been issued. they should also be notified, via email, anytime a comment or action is taken on a ticket. is there a way to create a distribution list with email addresses so that everyone on the list is copied?

    does this plugin have that capability?

    Hi @cebuhasher,

    Only the staff members and the customer get notified if there is a action on ticket such as create,replied,status changed,assigned a agent or deleted. The other users will not be get notified. There is no distribution list feature available in plugin/add-ons.
