Multiple emails for Simple Support Form

Worst topic to search for ever! This may have been answered many times, but any search string I try is pulling up gobs of irrelevant posts.

On the Simple Support Form, the plugin allows a user to select where the email should go, and it allows the admin to enter multiple email addresses to match the multiple choices created on the public facing form.

How do I set this to only email the person selected by the user, rather than the whole list of multiple emails?

For the demo linked, where do I find the control so that if “Quick Support Team” is selected — the email ONLY goes to the Quick Support Team, or if “Sales Team” is selected — the email ONLY goes to the Sales Team?
