    Hi,

    When I insert multiple emails (separated by comma) to receive the email notification, only the first email can receive email.

    I tried with many set of emails and it’s always have this problem.

    Can you please advise,

    Hi @thaotran-1,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    On our development end, Multiple emails are getting the admin email notification. Please check the video for a clearer understanding. Please check if you inserted the email properly.  For multiple email addresses please use “,” separator.

    If you still face the issue then Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Hopefully, this issue will be solved.
