Multiple errors after upgrade to 3.9.1

After upgrading to 3.9.1 I’ve lost the connection (log-in status bar) to the dashboard when logged in on all pages other than the store. Footer and background also not displaying on these pages and the right sidebar is either missing or producing errors.
