Multiple file uploads for a single participant

I am creating a directory where I can upload multiple files for a specific user. For example, if the participant has several credentials, the participant can upload as many until it reaches the max. There is no specific number of files a participant will upload. It can be from 1 up to many. Is there a solution here using the participants database? Thanks!
