Multiple form in one page?

I have 2 forms of the exact same fields and config.
The only differenc is their markup.

So it’s something like this:

[contact-form-7 id=”32″ title=”Enquiry”]
[contact-form-7 id=”542″ title=”Enquiry Mobile”]

But only the first form submits. The second form validates, and even though it says submission is succeeful, I don’t receive any mails.

What could be possibly wrong?
