Multiple Forms for a single sheet

Does anyone know whether a form can be used on multiple pages / sites but still point to a single Sheet?

I am having an issue where I am adding the Sheet in the Sheets tab for a form and after a hit save, the page reloads and the drop down selections are empty again. I already have the form connected to the sheet on a different site within my Multisite network.

Sorry for the trouble.

You mentioned drop-down selections are empty, do you mean drop-down of a sheet?
Are you using the PRO version?

Try reauthenticating with google with new AUTH code and save and fetch sheets again.
Fetch sheets option is in the PRO version.
Also if there are too many sheets in your google account, it will take time to fetch.

make sure to check google permissions in your google permissions page under third party apps, after re-authentication.

Hi Abdullah,

Thanks so much for the fast response. Yes I am using the Pro Version and have two months of support remaining.

I have just tried to re-auth with Google but still seeing the same issue. The permissions settings should be fine because I am able to connect the sheet to the same form but just on a different page.

You sent me a screenshot, in which it does not show the settings we have provided.
It looks you are using different plugin not using our plugin.
