Multiple Forms on single page Causes Repeats

    The jQuery script Google Forms uses should only appear once in the HTML yet on your page it appears multiple times, once per form. So the logic which detects if the script has already been output isn’t working correctly.

    I am in between flights on my way home and don’t have much time to look at this. Can you fill out my Help Request form? I will try and look at it this weekend.

    Did you use the “uid” parameter on your shortcodes? That is needed when you have more than one form on a page.
