Hi Dianna,
I’m not sure I’m understanding the question properly. You’d like to have three separate forms that all add users to the same list?
You can set up three seperate forms, and have each of those forms associated with different MailChimp lists. To my knowledge, it’s not possible to have users fill out three seperate forms and then have them added to a single list.
It would be possible if you were to write a bit of custom code yourself, and build in a few conditionals based on the user inputs…but that’s outside the scope of the plugin out of the box.
Thanks,
Evan
Hi Evan.
You understand me correctly. One master list, groups populated by which form the user fills in. I don’t know enough to do the custom code for this, but I appreciate your prompt reply nonetheless. Saved me from sifting through lots of unhelpful material!
Thanks for your help.

Hi Evan
I have a query which is similar to this one, I think.
My intention is to use Mailchimp forms for inbound marketing/lead generation activity.
To that end, I’ve set up different groups within my Mailchimp list and would like to create different forms for each group.
The purpose of this is to track visitor interest in my content, eg 1 group is for those who download Ebook A, another group is for those who download Ebook B. If someone downloads both Ebook A and Ebook B they appear in each group.
However, the option to create a form for a group is not available in the WP plug in.
Can you advise? Many thanks
Janet
