    Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin. I have 2 questions.

    1. My site has multiple wordpress installations:

    site.com
    site.com/extra1
    site.com/extra2

Does each installation need it’s own slimstat plugin installed?

    2. Assuming I have to use Slimstat on each installation- I have a question about viewing the results for the main site -site,com. Will the site.com results show data for site.com only or will data for all separate installations be included on the site.com dashboard?

    Thanks

    Hi,

thank you for using our plugin.

    1) Yes & no. If extra1 and extra2 are sites within a MU network, then you can install Slimstat at network level and then activate it on each blog. If they are independent WP single installations, you have 2 choices: install Slimstat twice, or use our External tracking functionality to track visits to extra2 on your extra1 installation. Simply go to Settings > Advanced and copy the code from the corresponding text box.

    2) Reports are only for the blog where Slimstat is installed (with the ‘external tracking’ exception). However we have a ‘Network View’ add-on that allows you to access your network-wide reports for all the blogs in your MU network.

    Camu
