    Hi,

    Thank you for this plugin.

    I was wondering if it was possible to create several databases/forms/lists so that I could create, for instance, a different petition on different pages of a WordPress? I couldn’t find this information neither in the FAQ nor the support forum.

    Participants Database is not well suited to this type of application. Yes, you can segment data and produce different forms, but it is all one single database. Plugins such as Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms will do this sort of thing much more easily.
