I really hate that you seem to be encountering so many problems with BadgeOS. I also hate that I haven’t been able to help solve all of them either. I have for some at least.
I’m hoping we can get some of these figured out on our end tomorrow, as we have more of the team back from some time away. I have my fingers crossed that we’ll be able to come up with solutions for problems many are having.
I’ve spent 15-30 minutes looking through the site and I can’t see any reason why, on your end, the badge builder would be failing, and I can’t find that error message in the plugin itself, which leads me to believe that it’s a response from Credly themselves.
I’ll talk to the right people for this to see what may be causing this and how to get around it.

Mostly what is frustrating me is that we had a good, functioning site and now it isn’t and I am not sure what happened because i didn’t change anything I was doing on my end. I am more than willing to accept that what has gone wrong is my doing, but I am just not sure how and just not sure how to correct it. Keep me posted on any progress you make on your end.

We have a decent lead on the Credly issue and are exploring the best method to solve. Hopefully in the next point release, which should be 1.3.6.
