Regarding point no-3 the option to customize the footer text option is available in the pro version of the theme. For better understanding please refer the screenshot-

I am not clear with the 1 st point “WooCommerce Store wide notice is not visible, hidden behind header element. It is visible on 404 page only.”
Please share the url and screenshot of the issue via onpaste.com so i have a close look at the issue.

Hi Manoj,
In Woocommerce Settings we can add Store Wide notice. Which is visible on entire site until a visitor dismisses it. Its HTML structure is <p class="woocommerce-store-notice demo_store" style="display: block;">My Store Notice <a href="#" class="woocommerce-store-notice__dismiss-link">Dismiss</a></p>. You can find this element (but hidden due to CSS) in the source code of a web page where Consulting Theme is installed. Hope you can now understand what i am saying.

Hi,
Another issue i have noticed, when you add product to the cart & then you go to other pages, shopping cart is inaccessible. You cannot locate where is your shopping cart & what you have in it. There should be a link to shopping cart (when it is filled) somewhere in the header.
This theme doesn’t provide basic support to WooCommerce plugin. Please make it compatible with WooCommerce as early as possible.
