Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the shipping rates for multiple items.
I can’t replicate any issues with shipping costs not being correct on my test site, comparing them to USPS.com
Are you using USPS or Canada Post?
Are you packing items individually instead of together?
What size is your product?
What packaging are you expecting it to be packed into?
What cost are you getting (and for what method) compared to the official website?
Please let us know, thanks!

Another example, more items can cost less in postage than fewer items.

Thanks for your quick response!
Just briefly as I have to go now:
Using USPS. Packing together. The product 2 attributes with many variations: 1 attribute with 2 basic sizes: 3 x 3 x 2.5 and 8 x 8 x 2.5 inches, and then 8 variations in another attribute for flavors. Weight is light so not an issue. Have ticked for posting only with Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. Costs I’m getting are all over the place.
Thanks for your help!

Hi there!
Thanks. Can you please raise a ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/? – select WooCommerce Extensions and then WooCommerce Services from the dropdown.
We need to get some private information from you to login, so we can’t ask for that publicly here.
Make sure to include a link here and what product to test with, what rate etc.
Much appreciated!

Thanks, I have done that now and will await further support.
This resulted in a server-side bug fix that was released a few weeks ago.
I’m marking this resolved – don’t hesitate to create a new thread or open a new ticket if you need further assistance!
