    Hi,

I uploaded the plugin and installed and created a test ticker with one item scrolling up. It worked great! Then I added 2 more items and now the ticker is blank. It looks so straight forward. I can’t imagine what I am doing wrong. Do you have any clues? I have tried adjusting to all kinds of settings and nothing helps. Using a modified Graphene theme.

    Thank you!

I answered my own question The problem had to do with the title setting. I am using it in a widget and with my theme, I need to keep the title off. Hopefully someone else will benefit from my post.

Now to see if the person updating can handle it.

    Thank you so much!

Could you explain more about your situation and solution?

It sounds like you had the same ticker displaying in 2 places on the same page? One somewhere built into the theme and one in a widget?

What where your title settings before (for each) and what where they after (for each)?

    Thanks!

No, I had one ticker with multiple postings in the same ticker in a widget on the home page. The settings that worked was inline checked in the application area for title and the title box unchecked in the widget side.

I’m sorry now I can’t remember how I had it set when no ticker content showed up… I would have to mess with it again…
