Multiple Javascript conflicts with Porto Theme

    When I activate the plugin a lot of conflicts start to occur on the web and many functions of the theme stop working:

    – The header menus do not work
    – The mini cart stops working
    – The buttons to select the amount to add to the cart are moved from place
    – The product carousels stop working

    Generally the problems are of javascript and ajax functionalities that stop working.

    Sometimes it gives those problems, and sometimes after updating the screen or browsing others it works normally.

    The problem happens on the category pages and on the product pages where the EE code is added.

    I tend to believe that a Jquery conflict that, depending on which script loads first, creates a conflict with the rest or not.

    The plugin is activated in the page I have attached and to recreate the problem, it usually works to delete the cookies and re-enter as a new user.

    The plugin is updated, as is the theme.

    If there is a solution, even if it’s modifying php files in the theme or plugin (especially the plugin), it would be helpful.

    I appreciate the help with this problem, as it may be happening to many more people without them being fully aware.

    Dear @a1fred,

    Thanks for posting us and explaining the occurrence of the issues.

    We tried to look for the cause of the issues from the shared URL but couldn’t conclude whether the issues are occurring via our plugin.

    Further, we have to deep debug whether the issues explained above occurring while the plugin is in use and for that, we need details which we cannot ask here due to forum policies. And just FYI, if the communication mode would have been different one then we would have asked for the inputs required to check further and help you in the best possible manner.

    We hope you understand our limitations here.
