Hi,

In my post, eyesonly adds line break codes <br> for every unvisible content.

Is there any solution for it?

Yes, it is WordPress wpautop doing that, not Eyes Only. Move the shortcodes up directly next to the content. If multiple shortcodes, put them one after the other with no line breaks between them.
