multiple link styles

    hi
    I have defined the link color in the Theme option.

    However, I want to have 2 sets of link styles:
    that is…
    One style (.FrameLinks) to be applied to the Navigation and the Sidebars;

    And another style (the default link style as defined in the Theme options) to be applied everywhere else –ie: content pages/posts and the footer.

    I see where I can put custom css in the theme options…
    however…
    I’m a bit confused as to where I need to edit the Nav & Sidebars to have this new style work (.FrameLinks)

    This is the way that I target my header nav menus:

    nav.topnav li a:link,
nav.topnav li a:visited, /* this is for the top nav menu above the header image */
nav.mainnav li a:link,
nav.mainnav li a:visited /* this is for the nav menu below the header image */
{
     /* your styles go here */
}

    For links in the sidebar, you should just be able to do:

    .sidebar a:link,
.sidebar a:visited {
     /* your styles go here */
}

    I’m not sure what you are referring to about the “.FrameLinks” but if you want to add a unique class to the menus and sidebar, you’re better off creating a child theme. You can add classes to menu items through the screen options tab on the menu page, but adding classes to sidebar widgets would need to be done in the code.
