Multiple Lockout Notification Emails

Is it possible to set the notifications to give a weekly summary, rather than an email every time a lockout happens?

I am receiving so many emails. I have set everything to ‘Weekly’ in Notification Center. But am still getting bombarded with emails.

So many emails isn’t helpful.
