By default this is not supported by the plugin
but you can do it by duplicating this post with other coordinates
or is it important for you to have one post with two different coordinates without duplicates?
On pro version I have two custom functions related to multiple markers for single post.
1 coordinates are taken from the taxonomies that were marked for this post
2 coordinates are taken from users, for example, sellers of one product
