Multiple menus?

Thank you for this plugin. For my particular use case, I need to be able to have multiple menus, and be able to assign which menu an item goes to in the auto sync. Am I missing it, and it’s presently doable? It looks like there is just one menu that gets created, and all items must sync to that menu.
