Multiple messages

Hey, I really like this simple approche to live chat functionality, but I have some issues that I need help with.

I get the same message in the admin panel multiple time, but it look fine in the frontend. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I’m also not able to change the “Operator” massage. After I change it it will change back to the old strings.

I also need the possibility to translate the strings.
