Multiple Multi-Column Sidebars

You’ll see I have a Sidebar setup with multiple columns. They aren’t just listed all under the “Primary Sidebar” widget box. Separated by like 4-5 different boxes titled “Split Left/Right”.

If I want to display a totally new setup on different pages, but still keep the multi-columns can I do this with this plugin?

Would I only have the Primary and Secondary choice when on a page/category post?
