Multiple occurrence of same contributor

Hi,

I am using the plugin in my website. I have tried to put contributors in the following post at http://jcssbtr.comcomsol.in/2016/05/29/journal-2/. All the contributor’s entry is occurring twice. Did I make anything wrong so that each contributor is displaying twice?
