• We’re using YITH WooCommerce Subscriptions on our monthly website subscription. For some reason, memberships keep getting put on hold for no reason. Does anyone know why this is happening, how we can fix this, and how we can prevent it going forward?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response. We’re using both PayPal and Stripe, there doesn’t seem to be any consistency. This even happens with free subscriptions so it doesn’t seem to be a gateway issue. Please advise.
