Multiple Packages with coupon codes

    Hi Support. I am having trouble with free shipping coupon codes when this plugin is installed.
    Have you had any issues before? If I apply a 30% discount and free shipping the 30% is applied but not the free shipping. It seems that if I change the shipping class of a product to “Free Shipping” it works but if I leave it as another shipping class and use a coupon code with free shipping it still shows the shipping cost.

    I’m not sure I understand the question. Does it work correctly when you have just one package? Does it show you two options, free and paid? This plugin does not modify the shipping methods coming through, nor does it affect how coupons are applied, but it can prevent an option from showing up if you have not given permission for the ‘Free Shipping’ method to appear.

    Your free shipping method does not have any shipping class based conditions so it shouldn’t be an issue which class the product is assigned to unless it is not allowed to work with Free Shipping.
