Paging is available in the Pro version.
As far as the bullets being added to your form, that’s going to have to be a CSS fix. Here is a tutorial on customizing the CSS. You just need to override the CSS in your template that is adding the bullets.
Hi Matthew. I’d like to purchase the pro version of your plugin but I’d like to see this option (more pages form) in action or at least some documentation of it. I’d need this very urgent. My form should have three pages/tabs with “Next” buttons and the “Submit” button should be on the third page. Is it possible with this plugin?

You can purchase the Create Post add-on which comes with a Post Category field. That will display all categories in a select box.

Is it possible not to create a new post with it but only to send me an email with the selected category in it? Is it compatible with wp 3.0.1?
It should work, but I haven’t tested that exact scenario.
Also, VFB, VFB Pro, and all add-ons require at least WP 3.4.1.
Odd… My WP site isn’t upgradeable anymore because of many customizations. Is it possible to make it work on 3.0.1? I’m willing to pay for it.
