Multiple Pages not found

This started with one issue but it is bigger than that. I thought my link structure was messed up but I don’t think that is the issue but I’m no expert and I could really use some assistance. I only discovered the error because I want to roll out a rewards program and needed to test the account page. It went downhill from there
The My account page was my initial problem. When in the dashboard and I click on pages, and I click view I get a page not foung result. All of the ppages are doing that now. I only called out my account first because initially that was the only page. Today it is every single on.I moved on to the about us page, when I first got the error. I did the troubleshooting but i was still receiving “page not found”. so I deleted the about us page and created a new one. The entire time it was in draft mode, the page loaded as it should because I kept saving and viewing. I thought all was good. I switched it to publish and here the “page not found: came up again. that’s when I checked all other pages and every page was not found. Pages were working for sure last week and up to a few days ago. Would restoreing a backup from last week be the best solution?
I will say that when viewing pages in the site editor, the content I expect to see is there. but viewing the pages after any changes gets the “404 page not found” Can any one out there help with this? At this point, I’m stuck. I did check the links and they look correct but I’m not sure.

It sounds like your site’s permalink structure may need to be refreshed. Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click Save Changes (without making any modifications). This often resolves 404 errors for pages.
If the issue persists, check if any security or caching plugins are interfering. Try deactivating them temporarily and see if the pages load correctly.
If the issue persists, please share your System Status Report, which you can find under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. Also, check for fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You can either copy and paste the details to https://gist.github.com/ and share the link.
I am attaching my system report. I have been trouble shooting bu so far I havent narroed anything other than it happens once the page is pubished. I cleard cache and cookies i think i will have to see if its its a plugin. Please et me know if something in this report giv a clue aboout why this is happening. Thank you

Thanks for sharing the system report! Since the issue happens once the page is published, let’s check if it’s affecting specific pages, especially the default WooCommerce pages.
Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and confirm that the correct pages are assigned to their respective functions (e.g., My Account, Cart, Checkout). If any are missing or incorrect, try reassigning them and saving the changes.
Let us know what you find! If the issue persists, testing with plugins temporarily deactivated could help identify any conflicts.
It was every page including the default ones but I figured it out. It was the permalimks but instead of saving without changes (that didn’t work for me). I needed to select a different structure and save (that change updated all links to use the page id). You probably can pick anyone, that is just what I chose to select. after saving, I checked every page to verify if the process worked and they all worked. After I verified the pages loaded, I switched the permalink structure back to %postname% and all is well! Thank you for the helpful suggestions it was a good learning experience!
