multiple people receive forms

I tried it both of these ways. Neither corrected the problem. How should it be?

[email protected],[email protected]

[email protected], [email protected]

And what’s with all these configuration errors! (Of which this is not one of the errors.) They all look to be correct. I changed nothing at all. Everything was working when I did the site over a year ago. The explanations of how to fix them are not clear.

That is how they are in the “To:” line but sometimes no-one receives and email and other times only one person gets it. What is the problem?
