• Hi there. Recently I ran into an issue where a new uber order arrived and was placed/quoted but the billing failed. I went to my uber direct portal and there are multiple pickup locations/billing locations…
    I suspect the uber plugin created these additional pickup locations(without attached biz card for uber billing), they are all the same address, and I can’t delete them from the uber portal. Is there a way to pick the correct location/billing location and set it indefinitely…. I’m not sure why it’s created multiple

    In my billing there are now multiple locations which do not have a biz billing card present(only the first does)… I only have the card attached to the first location and I think the plugin either created its own new pickup location or something else caused this because the plugin isn’t picking the default(first) location where the attached business card is, the uber doesn’t get called.

    Hello there.

    When you say “billing failed”, can you clarify what you meant? did you recieve while delivery creation? I dont see any errors in the logs for this client id “0qTKKtvRuYmNBkdUSwPc02FxyKmUPqBQ”

    (Having multiple orgs are fine , I guess you may have created it mulitple orgs via the plugin.)
