This is really strange bug.. What do you have in Logs? Do you really have same post auto published 2 or 3 times to a single blogger blog?
If in Logs you only have one log message per blog then something else is auto publishing to your blogs.
this is one of my log :

i mean,i dont want two link on below post,i just want one link.if i have 5 blogger,there are 5 link on below post.this is my setting on message setting:

Maybe to try without <p></p> and see if you have the link twice..
If it’s broken html i can understand that you have the link twice but having it 5 times!! Seems strange
i use this setting before:
{EXCERPT}
{TITLE} – {URL}
i see on below blog the link twice,so i change setting like above.
the first blog is ok,but second and so on get double, triple and so on.
Right, we identified the bug. We’ll fix it in the next version.
