    Hello,

    I’ve been away from this for a couple of weeks, come back, updated the app, and I’m afraid I now have multiple problems:

    1) I want to update the logo in Options URL, but I can’t. I deleted the old link (to an image in my WordPress media library) and inserted a new one, but the old image still keeps appearing – even after I deleted it from my WordPress media library!

    2) In the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% text I came back to find some code, nbsp, which I definitely hadn’t put there (I had to look up what it does!). I have deleted it, but it seems likely to be related to a problem I am now having. I want question and answer on different lines, with a paragraph break between questions and previously I had this successfully set up. However, now they do not appear on different lines, even after I have deleted the nbsp. The setup I have is currently:

    Your answer: %USER_ANSWER%

    3) In one of the emails I’ve set up to be sent on completion, I want to include the answer to a particular question, ID=78. I’ve used the code %QUESTION_ANSWER_78%, which I think is correct, but the answer isn’t appearing in the emails. Have I got it wrong?

    As we are not experiencing any such issue at our end. At first, I suggest you to kindly check for plugin and theme conflict on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.
