Are you sure you’re posting images that are bigger than thumbnail size?
If yes – please provide your Jigoshop System Info via [email protected] and we’ll try to find out where is the issue you’ve got.
Yes photos i am using are definitely larger than the thumbnail size. but size is not the issue. Issue is, that in the website i gave u above ( http://chaifashions.com/shop/charmed-collection/trisha-summer-dress-2/ ). When you click on thumbnail below featured image. Image in thumbnail replaces the featured image, instead of appearing in a popup. While in my website when u click on thumbnail below featured image. The picture in thumbnail appears in a popup.

as far as I can see in code – they did it by magic zoom plugin. it’s not default jigoshop behaviour.
