All of my variations have disappeared and whenever I add a new one and refresh the page is disappears ago however when I go to the attributes page it says I have 14 attributes but shows none. I am interested and following this thread to see if it is the same problem.
I can confirm the problem.
If you have 2 variations for example.
Color blue – black – green
Size 1 – 2 – 3
and you pick the first color blue for example, at the size attribute shows only 1.
at version 2.6.8 you could pick blue and see the rest of options 1 – 2 – 3 etc.

Further more
When you clear the selection you see all the available variations.
NOTE: all combinations are available for the product.
Lets say you pick Blue and then 1.
If with the same selection you try to pick Black it says: Not available for this combination choose different. Although the combination exists.

Looks like this issue already existed 5 months ago. And was already fixed at one point in time, because @aibrean doesn’t have the problem in WooCommerce 2.6.8 (I don’t think there is a high chance a theme causes exactly this behavior).
Hope this issue gets fixed (again?) in the next WooCommerce version 🙂
Yes i can confirm regardless the theme the issue exist at version 2.6.9.
Version 2.6.8 works normal as expected.
I hope too, they fix the problem as soon as possible.
