There are two ways to turn on support for multiple products.
If you ran the configuration wizard at the time the plugin was installed you were offered the option to turn Multiple Products support. OR
Go to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT tab and turn on the checkbox next to the MULTIPLE PRODUCTS option. Don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom and click the SAVE CHANGES button.

This setting was already turned on. The thing is that I can only choose one product per ticket.. When you go to the ticket > custom fields > product
But there is no option when maybe a customer brings multiple laptops for repair as example you can choose “laptop one” + “laptop 2” in the same ticket?

Yes, that is right with the current features, user can open one ticket with one product only.
