Is it possible for this plugin to set multiple ratings for each post, (for example, (Rate: Originality of post, Rate: Style of writing) with the post rating then displayed as the average of all ratings?

Unlikely because I want to keep it as simple as possible. You can check out GD Star Ratings, I think that is what you need
