    Hi!

On our contact form, I created conditions to change the email recipients depending on the subject selected. Ex: “I have a pre-sale question” send the form to our sales team.

However for each of these conditions, I wanted to add another mail, as a second recipient. But it doesn’t work. I can add it in the plugin settings, but the form only get sent to the second recipient, not the first.
Note that the conditioning works fine, the only problem is the recipients.

I have tried to add several recipients on other forms that don’t use conditions and it works very well. Is there some kind of conflict?

For now I deleted the second recipients to avoid confusion and wrong form deliveries.

    Hope you can help!

    Hi @cgrignon

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

I’m not sure if I understand how the form is setup so let me start “the other way around”.

The recommended way to do this would be to set “Email routing” for the form. In “Notifications” settings section of the form you can add a notification and once it’s added you can edit it.

In “Recipients” tab you would want to switch from “default” to “Email Routing” and there you can set “conditions” so e.g. based on the value of the “select” field, set it to send notification to different recipients.

This is how you set that up? If not, please give it a try. If yes, could you please export the form and share it with me so I could test it (note: you might want to replace used e-mail addresses with some “fake” ones as this is a public forum; just keep the configuration unchanged, please).

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam!

    Thank you for your answer.
Indeed I didn’t set it up the right way. Thank you for clarifying the proper set up!
    Now everything is working fine.

    Cheers!
