Hi @stickel , sorry about the delay.
We tried to recreate this on our end but it didn’t occur. We presume this happens with specific WooCommerce settings or when there is another plugin along with WPFunnels.
In that case, please email us with the following:
- List of the plugins you have on the site.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings. Here, take screenshots of what you have set for General, Shipping, and Accounts & Privacy, and send them to us.
- Let us know of any customizations you have done with the checkout form using Bricks.
Once you share these, we will try to replicate these and identify the issue.
