Not sure is the case is that you need to give the service providers access to the settings. I think the plugin meets your requirements but if you explain a bit more I can confirm.

What we need is:
We will have 2 appointments:
First one will have a duration time of 45 min. 1 service provider
Second one will have a duration time of 90 min. 2 service providers
Service providers will be assigned after appointment is made by visitor.
– visitor will make one appointment.
– Booking will have status as “waiting approval”
– One of the service providers will pick one appointment and assign it for himself.
– For the 90 min appointment we need to be able to assign 2 service providers
For example a doctor and his assistent. We want to be able to see that 2 service providers are assigned for this one booking. Also we want to send an email by approval of appointment stating that visitor will be helped by these 2 service providers.
