multiple shop pages

Hello there.

I am creating a shop with jewelries. I want my category set up like this:

jewelry
—— rings
—— necklaces
—— earrings
collection
—— strong
—— power
—— true

I want a jewelry shop page and a collection shop page with separate filtering. The filter for the jewelry shop page should only display the subcategories jewelry and the filter for collection should only display the subcategories for collection.

How do I set this up?
