Multiple Sites

I need to know if it is possible to integrate ultimate member across more than one site. I have 4 sites that will have their own independent membership setups and a fifth site that is a woocommerce storefront. I would like to have the user account sync from the individual 4 sites to the woocommerce site so that a user with membership could see purchases and have one account on the member site and the ecommerce storefront.

Note: the 4 independent sites will not be sharing memberships or user profiles I just need a way to incorporate woocommerce aspect.
