First of all, thank you for this amazing free plugin!
Sorry if this is duplicate question maybe, I checked all answers and I’m not 100% sure about this.
I’m building 3 wordpress sites on 3 servers (3 different domains), for each language one site, but they are all duplicate sites (same content, just different language). I would like to connect polylang from central site (de) to polylang on other sites (en, it). Is this possible? If yes, please give me instructions, how to do this. I imagine, that I need to use “The language is set from different domains” option under Settings > URL modifications, but I’m not sure how to do it. Thanks in advance for support.

Hi, since I still didn’t decide how to actually do this sites, I would ask for help please. I would prefer to make just one site with 3 translations (because sites are identical and it is more simple to manage for me), but my client want to have different domains for different language sites (and no language switching on site). Can I map domains to translations? For example germansite.com to de (translated site), englishsite.com to en translated site, etc?
Thanks in advance for any reply!

    Hi
You can have multiple domains for a single site. All your domains must point to the same directory (where the WordPress index.php is present). In the Polylang settings you need to use the setting “The language is set from different domains”.
But there is no language detection for multiple domains, so it is very recommended to use the language switcher.

Thanks, yes, I tested this and it works like a charm 🙂
I just entered domains in “The language is set from different domains” for every language.
    Huge thumbs up!!!
Thanks again for this amazing plugin.
And Ligotek connection is a super bonus!

But is it true, that just one developer is standing behind this plugin (I read this in some review) ? If this is true (which I doubt) I think it would be good to have some co-workers which can update plugin if this one man decide to work something else, I guess…
