Multiple Sites with Different Users

I currently have 2 sets of WooCommerce customers in 2 different countries. The first set of customers would be referred to the US sites and the second set of customers would be referred to another site.

So, when the user creates a profile they would be prompted in some fashion to tell the system if they are from the USA or from the Other country. This would dictate which WooCommerce site they end up on.

Further, when the user logs back in they would be redirected to the Woo Commerce site associated with their profile.

Specifically, how would I go about setting this up in ProfileBuilder?
