Multiple Sites/Domains with same content

Hi there… did a bit of digging on these forums but couldn’t find and exact match to the question I need answered.

Essentially I want to have multiple sites/domains all running with the same content underneath but that have different themes or the same theme with different logos/banner images/colours.

For example, if I’m using the JobRoller theme for a job board and my main site could be HappyJobs.com and the secondary site could be JobsForHappyPeople.com. I want them both to use the same content/job listings but have different site logos, banner images and theme colors. That way when someone goes to HappyJobs.com they see a site with a logo and banner image reflecting its domain name and when someone goes to the secondary domain of JobsForHappyPeople.com they will see a site with all of the same content/job listings, but with its own site logo, banner image, colors, etc. reflecting its domain name.

I’ve looked at a few plugins including:
Multiple Domains with Analytics
MultiDomain
Domain Mirror

…and while all of them say they support a different site title and tagline, none mention custom theme options like site logo, banner image and colors.

Can anyone help me figure this out?
