multiple sounds simultaneous not working

    Hi, i’m a new user of the plugin. I made sure that “Disable Simultaneous Play” is NOT checked, but alas, i can not make two sounds play simultaneously on my page when i publish it, but it can be (and work) before i do publish, while i’m editing it.

    I tried with Astra theme, twenty twenty two, via shortcode in elementor or the regular builder, in firefox and on chrome.

    this is the shortcode i used : [sc_embed_player_template1 loops=”true” fileurl=”https://ctrl-alt-clean.fr/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/forest-sounds.mp3″ ]

    Also tried to activate / deactivate cache

    — second problem : there is no sound level cursor on my phone, but there is on computer.

    Any help would be much appreciated

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I carried out a test in my dev site using your shortcode above and it works for me. When I click on the play button using Google Chrome browser, it keeps looping and I hear all these wonderful bird sounds 🙂 The following is the shortcode I used. I cleaned your code above a bit for you.

    [sc_embed_player_template1 loops="true" fileurl="https://ctrl-alt-clean.fr/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/forest-sounds.mp3"]

    What phone are you using?

    Hello ! My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A54 , I should have put both of the shortcodes

    [sc_embed_player_template1 loops=”true” fileurl=”https://ctrl-alt-clean.fr/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/forest-sounds.mp3″%5D

    can you play both of them, at the same time? I can’t. Cleaned the shortcodes as advised, but still no luck at simultaneous play.

    Thank you for providing more information. At present the simultaneous playing of more than one audio file only works with the standard play button. However it does not work with the following parameter sc_embed_player_template1 in the shortcode.

    For example: The following shortcode can only play one audio file at a time.

    [sc_embed_player_template1 loops="true" fileurl="audio file url here"]

    However if you have more than one audio files using the following shortcode it will allow you to play more than one audio file at the same time.

    [sc_embed_player loops="true" fileurl="audio file url here"]

    hello ! indeed it works now, thank you a lot!

    but the absence of sound volume parameter makes it useless to me.

    are you aware of any way to implement volume changing AND simultaneous play with the plugin ?
