    Hello, our multistep Gravity form hangs up and eventually causes a database connection error. We narrowed down the problem to the CleanTalk plugin. If we deactivate it the form works properly. I tested one of our standard forms (not a multi-step one) and it worked fine.

    This video shows what happens.

    We are using version 6.13 of the plugin.

    Hello,

    Are there any PHP errors in your web server’s PHP logs? You can ask your hosting support for help.

    Sorry for the late reply. These are some of the error messages we are getting. Even if I disable Redis cache the form still won’t work with CleanTalk activated.

    Hello, @pat_martinez.

    We released a new version of the CleanTalk plugin 6.14. It should fix the issue.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” → Save Changes;
    • WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

    Don’t forget to refresh your website cache after all these steps if you use any.

    Did it help?
