Plugin not working in client's server, but working locally

Hi there!
I’ve developed a small website with your plugin and is working fine in my local environment.

After I publish the site the plugin is not working, in the step 2 I see the “Please fill out the form on the previous page” message.

I already tried with a clean installation in my client’s server and is not working either.

I tried with another hosting and is working fine.
