Multiple Store Views

Hello!

I’m using this plying to pull in styling as well as js into my wordpress site from the magento store theme. I’d also like to pull in the footer however I am using multiple store views for multi-lingual purposes. And so I was wondering if there way a way in wordpress to pull blocks from specific store views?
